A quick Catchup and my 100th post Giveaway

Well it has been well over a month since my last post and that is very naughty of me! However it has been a very busy time, with work stuff, a bout of sickness and just general life getting in the way.

There hasn't been a huge amount of creative work going on in that time. I have been working on my erosion bundle project (more of that in a later post) and a few other little bits of jewellery, but apart from that the studio has been under-utilised. However that is about to change (I hope). I went to the Festival of Quilts a few weeks ago - once on Saturday with my friend Julie and once on Sunday with another friend Vicky. As usual I have come home all inspired and ready to have a go at a new project! I also bought an embellishing machine - I simply couldn't resist! Now I can't wait to get to grips with it and make some lovely new fabric to stitch into!

This is also my 100th blog post and my how time has flown! So in the tradition of bloggers (and to make up for my absence) I am doing a giveaway!

Trying to decide what to give away has been a bit of a struggle, because I wanted it to be indicative of what I do... but I seem to do so many different things that choosing 1 things is the difficulty! So I am going to give away a couple of things...

The winner will get to choose one of my elephants and I will be adding a selection of my beloved buttons (some from my jars and a set of silk or cotton covered ones I have made myself). I will also add some items from my bead soup in the hope that the winner will make some fabulous and post pics for me to enjoy!!!

So to be entered into the draw, leave a comment to entered once, become a follower (or already be a follower) to get a second entry and post about my giveaway to get a third entry for three chances to win! Of course let me know if you are linking through to my site so I can give you credit.

So these are the prizes with the winner to be drawn on Sunday 12th September.  Please state in your comment which elephant and set of buttons you would like.

This is Monika in pinks and greens:
This is the vibrant Morris in yellow, orange and blue:
This is the demure Georgette in pinks tones:
The button choices are cotton cats or lambs, or the purple silk ones:
