A bit more of Hampton Court Palace Flower Show from Friday. One section of flower show was called the "Thailand Zone" and there was a chap sitting there carving fruit. The results were amazing! Here he is carving a melon into a bunch of roses....
In this bowl he has carved melons, carrots and a beetroot, and the parrot is the top of a pineapple!
Impressive!

ReplyDeleteHampton is wonderful, I've always prefered it to 'Chelsea' so much more room and a great opportunity to buy unusual or new plants.
I've seen these but could never figure out how the artist did them - they're amazing! This must have been great to watch.
